When a partner is selected, the customer can grant the partner administrator rights for their (cloud) environment and the partner is responsible for support. The term of your existing subscription will automatically renew unless you notify your reseller of your intention not to renew the renewal before the subscription period expires.
Microsoft may require you to sign a new agreement, addendum, or change before processing an extension.
